Solution

SFTP is only available in the Bitpalace Business Booster webspace and only for the main webhost account whose name starts with srv- ... by default. Here you can set the username and password of the SSH account with which you can also use SFTP:

1. Log in to the webspace control panel.

2. Click the "Websites & Domains" tab.

3. Click on the icon "Webhosting access".

If you want to set up additional user accounts, for example, to give individual users access only to specific subfolders of a website, you cannot use SFTP. Use normal FTP access instead, which you can also encrypt using FTPS.
